This is the MRI video showing according to my radioloist : Full-thickness vertical tear of the red-white junction of the posterior horn of the medial meniscus, there is no free fragment, bucket handle componenent of secondary osteoarthridis. I will be happy to have the opinion of other doctors on this injury and whether I will need a surgery or not in this case.
